    PRENATAL YOGA

    Prenatal yoga is an adapted method to exercise breath for labour, body awareness, build and relax birth muscles, meanwhile connecting with unborn babies more. Helps with faster postnatal recovery. Practicing yoga during pregnancy can make your body and mind happier and more easily adapt to the constant changes of your body, help you alleviate and reduce discomfort; help you recover faster before pregnancy; improve your tolerance, reduce pain during childbirth, help delivery; help control weight growth, maintain less fat; and promote fetus. The placenta grows faster and functions better during the development of the baby; the baby has less body fat at birth.

    PRENATAL PILATES

    Prenatal Pilates is type of Pilates for mommies to be. Intended to strengthen the muscles of the core , pelvic floor, lower back and legs before giving birth. It was originally developed by Josheph Pilates in the early 20th Century. Practicing Pilates during pregnancy can make your body and mind happier and more easily adapt to the constant changes of your body, help you alleviate and reduce discomfort; help you recover faster before pregnancy; improve your tolerance, reduce pain during childbirth, help delivery; help control weight growth, maintain less fat; and promote fetus.     HYPNO BIRTHING YOGA

    Hypno Birthing Yoga is designed to help expectant mothers prepare for labor and delivery by combining the relaxation techniques of Hypno Birthing with the beneficial movements and positions of yoga. In this class, we will guide you through various yoga poses and breathing exercises specifically tailored to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. We will also introduce you to the principles and tools of Hypno Birthing, such as visualization, positive affirmations, and self-hypnosis techniques, to help you maintain a state of calm and control during labor.

    POSTNATAL SHOULDER & NECK

    The Postnatal Shoulder and Neck Program is a special program for postnatal mothers that focuses on the repair of tight shoulders and necks after childbirth and provides exercises and stretching techniques to help restore body function and improve quality of life. The instructor will use props and provide a series of shoulder and neck stretching and relaxation exercises for postpartum mothers to help relieve muscle tension and improve muscle condition, while avoiding the worsening of shoulder and neck pain.

    POSTNATAL ABS & CORE

    By targeting to practice more on the core muscles such as rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis and oblique abdominis, it helps postpartum mothers rebuild their core strength and improve the firmness of their abdominal muscles. At the same time, we will target the looseness or tension of the pelvic floor muscles and perform exercises to enhance the contraction ability and flexibility of the pelvic floor muscles and improve incontinence and other problems. During the course, the instructor will use gadgets to enhance the body's perception and allow postpartum mothers to better grasp the strength and angle of the exercises, thus improving the effectiveness of the training. The course aims to help postpartum mothers restore core strength, improve low back problems, repair pelvic floor muscles, improve body stability and posture, increase muscle strength, release mental fatigue, and maintain health and confidence.

    POSTNATAL YOGA & PILATES

    Postpartum repair within 6 months is the golden period, and 6-12 months postpartum is the ideal period for repair! Postnatal Pilates on Mat is an exercise program designed for mothers who have just given birth. The purpose of this class is to help mothers regain their figure and health through mat Pilates exercises. Mat Pilates is an effective option for the postpartum recovery process, the exercises combines deep muscle training and stretching movements to help mothers restore core strength in the lower back and abdomen, repair pelvic floor muscles, and improve body contours. It also helps repair painful pubic symphysis, separation of the rectus abdominis, vaginal laxity, urinary leakage, painful intercourse, and lower back pain caused by pregnancy and childbirth.

    "Reiki, which means "universal life energy" in Japanese, originates from a Japanese stress-reducing manual therapy that clears the body of old, stagnant energy and promotes physical healing. Thus, whether it is to reduce stress, help control weight, or repair relationships, Reiki can help find more balance in life. In fact, Reiki is not only a technique, but also a way of living, and there are many practitioners from the East to the West and even in Hollywood. Reiki training has helped them to effectively heal themself and mend relationships in their life, allowing them to be energetic and cultivate a cheerful and happy state of mind.

    SOUND THERAPY

    Sound healing is considered to be one of the longest-standing natural healing modalities, and the Gong bath and Singing Bowl are one of the modalities of sound healing; the sound waves produced by the instruments can lead to dark thoughts and total relaxation, accelerating the flow of energy in the body. The gong bath not only eliminates fatigue and energizes the body, but also effectively stimulates a deeper awakening of consciousness, balances physical and emotional fatigue, and helps to eliminate negative thoughts such as depression, fear, and loneliness; while the Singing Bowl, as a tool for sound healing, allows the brain to generate a large number of alpha waves in a short period of time, as well as allowing the brain to enter a state of deep relaxation, while accelerating the repair and purification of body cells, balancing brain waves, and eliminating fatigue. Through vibration, the body recovers energy and achieves self-healing effects.

    MEDITATION

    "Meditation is an exercise for the mind, just as the muscles of the body need to be exercised. Meditation helps one focus on the present moment without worrying about what has happened in the past or what is yet to happen in the future, and it is a technique that exercises the mind and stabilizes the thoughts. In addition, several studies have shown that meditation can improve sleep quality and reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer.
